Hello all!

Hi! I am a Field Investigator with MUFON's RI Chapter. I saw a UFO when I was 9, mistaking it for a meteor (uh duh)! As I grew older and actually saw a meteor whiz by, I realized that what I saw - a very large shiny cylindrical object with no appendages, travelling at a steady rate with no noise or contrail, extremely high in the sky, was not a meteor after all. I came to accept UFOs as being a real phenomena. I cannot say what they are, but I do believe the majority of reported sightings turn out to be explainable. Of the truly unidentifed, I believe many or most to be U.S. government black ops craft. This, of course, is MY opinion. Several explanations have been given by credible researchers as to the nature of UFOs. Some sort of natural plasma (Project Hessdalen), living creatures (rods - see Jose Escamilla's site), ghosts (orbs), etc.

MUFON states that UFO stands for Unidentified Flying (or hovering) Object, NOT ET craft, as so many people seem to think. When I say UFO, I mean unexplained object that might be ours, or not.
