I will not be posting here anymore. You see, this is a place for you to enjoy yourselves and say anything with the abandon of a child. I am however a very critical and logical person, with an imagination, and I love to think, and debate, and this is not the place for free thinking.
There is too much censorship of thought, and a general hypersensitivity to my opinions. You see a discussion forum is a place where people congregate to discuss views, restricting freedom of speech, further than censoring vulgar language and prejudiced themes is a dictatorship. It is however the blatent hypocrisy that disgusts me. While I am being scrutanized for sharing my views, others here are making racist and callous remarks that are conveniantly overlooked. M; Ampreia; Ben and the general pro-racist attitude that is prominent here. Often, members here are sending complaints about me to Xander for tussles with me, in which they are equally if not more accountable for. You see, I am not here to cause trouble, I could also send complaints to Xander if I so wish, but I am bigger than that and would rather bilaterally come to a consensus with my opponent. It is sad, that they have to go crying to mommy. I am dealing with mental infants. However, you are obviously too insecure for this, Ben, Non Digital, Dingo, Ampbreia, and I understand, when you are defeated in arguments with me, you use your wild card: Poor Xander. There is so much wrong with this forum, before I become the culprit, there are racist and prejudiced members, there are trouble makers and there are ignorants who just join to belittle us all. Somehow however, I am the most evil member here When I stand by my morals and ethics, and I say how humanity should work together and learn to love each other, and how I take personal offence when some bigot trashes a segment of socieity.
I am being modest and honest when I say this, but I seem to be too good for this forum. Please do not take this the wrong way, but most people here promote ignorance, prejudice and blind faith. While others need mental assistance. There are not many intellectual members, in fact aside from me, and my intelligence cannot really be questioned, I am a member of one of the most prominent high IQ societies in the world, and I have already ground to dust all the pseudo-intellectuals on this forum. This is not anybodies fault, nor is it Xanders. This is not an intellectuals or philosophers message board. And I made the folly of trying to utilize it as an outlet to share my philosophies and thoughts. I am in the wrong place, and I've realised it now. Not very smart, I know. I do however participate in philosophy forums too. I just wanted a venue where I could specialise on UFO's and aliens, but here that comes packaged with irrationality, dogma and intellectual censorship. And in this atmosphere of self-centered members, who think ignorance is a virtue, there can never be a conductive atmosphere for intelligence. The main reason why I am leaving. Remember, I have left for this reason before too, but I came back when I saw Thegl post. I am not saying there are not any other intelligent members on this forum, I think Captain is quite a smart chap, and light-year is not so dull either, even Vetamur is quite a reasonable man. Ariane is also not a damp squib, but he should open his mind just a little and let it breathe. Interestingly, when I first came here, this place was like a graveyard. Now that im leaving, at near 700 posts, it's become much more active
I'll check back from time to time, to see how well this place is surviving without me. On a concluding note, this forum is not suitable for me, I feel as if i'm wasting my time here, so I guess I bid you farewell. I am well aware my topic will prompt some negative and absuive remarks to me, and I know who from, and I will read them for my amusement, as I've already proven to myself and to impartial readers how flawed these people are. For the rest: Some will respond saying things like "Oh, Raj, you have so many faults yourself" and to them I say, yes I do, and I've lost count of them, and I am human, so I do. Enjoy yourselves, and remember me with this: WE not I
P.S Xander: I am making easy for you. I am sure your complaint payload will lessen now, or who knows, the type of cheap people who complain about petty issues, will probably do it again. Adios all. Take care cat -- ill try and irritate you on MSN from time to time

I was thinking about what happens when someone dies. At death, it is total cessation of consciousness, all memories, experiences, knowledge and sentience will cease at death.
Have you ever been under the affects of anesthetics? It is similar to the state of death. Cessation of consciousness, unable to see, hear, think, or feel while you are under its influence. This is much like death, where you no longer exist. You can be unconscious for 5-10 hours, and yet it feels like only seconds have elapsed The principles of cryongenics are similar, suspending you in a state, where you no longer are conscious, and reviving you in the future. You can be in this state for hundreds, maybe even thousands of years, and perhaps be revived one day, and to you it it'll be seconds! That is quite astounding. Death is this state for longer than hours, days, decades, centuries, it's eternal. Complete termination of YOU. The moment you close those eyes for the last time, they'll never open again....... or will they? The system of reincarnation advocates, that those eyes will open again, and you will be reborn again. This is unlike awakening from anesthetics though. You no longer exist, all your memories, attachments, your personality was terminated at death. You will be reborn as another person, or another form of life, with no memory of your past life. I've always discounted theories of after life or regeneration, but you know what, it DOES make sense, it is absolutely logical. Think about it. The moment you are clinically dead, you cease to exist, no matter how much time elapses, hours, days, decades, centuries, those particles, the energy that once composed you is going to crystalize once again and form a simple structure and eventually evolve into a simple organism that will eventually evolve into a complex organism and eventually evolve into a consciousness organism again! So just like when we close our eyes when we are under anethetics, and open them again when the effect over, it's the same for death, we open them again, in our mothers womb, we are again consciouss! In other words life is indeed cylic, and we are reborn perpetually. However, it would be millions of years of evolution before we are reborn in this system. However, what if it is not million of years! It does not take million of years for the next human to be born, does it? Could it be the universe has invented its own recycling system, and when one cycle is over, it redirects this energy to form a coded molecule for life that it somehow imbeds into another conscious being. I'm thinking, and it actually makes a lot of sense. Could the after life, where man is soul, be nothing more, than being reborn as a higher form of consciousness.. What are your thoughts on what I said, does it make sense, it somehow does to me..

How sceptical are you are about aliens and alien UFO's?

To distract from the civil wars going on in numerous threads. Let's discuss those coincidences, you know those almost miraculous events that occurr sometimes in life, per say, when you are thinking or talking about somebody you have not met for years, and they suddenly call you that day.
What are the coincidences that have happend to you? Do you think it was something beyond chance? Some coincedences that have happend to me. A lot of the time, when im talking, reading, and the television is on, the word will be repeated a second later on television! uncommon words like like "Aliens", "nuclear", "unorthodox" Once, my father was gone to America, and I did not know when he'll be back. One day I had a feeling he was back, and there was a knock on the door, and there he was. A coincidence that happend, not to me in particular, but when I was in junior school in English class. We were watching the film "Save the last dance for me" and all of a sudden my Music teacher barged into the class room, estatic, shouting, "Oh my God, you know I had just opened the book save the last dance for me when I heard the music!"

I guess I shall be the first to discuss a non-abrahamic religion. I've recently been overwhelmed by the research I have been doing into Hindu literature and how its secular and pro-scientific nature makes it even valuable to an athestic mind like me.
I want to learn a lot more about this religion that predates known history, yet early as 10,000BC exists a complex civilization studying star systems, juggling around concepts of atomic structure, quantum universe and the infinity of the universe, multiple universes and planets, and the consciousness. It's mind boggling. If this is indeed true, this easily is the most advanced religion in the world and compliments and even supplements modern science. On the extreme level, Hindu literature is brimming with references to flying crafts, UFO's, technological weapons, exterrestrial beings and wonderous technology. I have also read speculation how Greek traditions and Judaism are an off-shoot of vedic tradition, or are influenced by it. In this thread I am going to try and explore the validity of these claims, and I invite others to help me do so too
