Guinea Pig Kids

I watched the This World on bbc two about "the disturbing truth about the way authorities in New York City are conducting the fight against Aids"
but how can New York's fight against aids be disturbing i hear you ask. Well it is very disturbing when they get HIV positive children (some only a couple of months old) and enroll them into deadly experiments without the parent's/relatives consent or even there knowledge (claiming any side effects are due to the HIV and can't be avoided.

As well as that if the parent should refuse (due to the swollen joints, red flaky skin thats painful to the touch and other problems that only appear when the child takes the medication given to them) the ACS (Administration of Children's Services) don't even need a court order to take the child and place them with foster parents or in children's homes, where they can continue to give them the experimental drugs (and if thats not enough they then have the gall to prosecute the PARENT for CHILD ABUSE!)
