Do you dream of dead relatives?

My grandpa died about 7 years ago. Growing up, he was like my father. My mom was a single mom and he lived next door as he and my grandma got divorced when I was real young.

Topaz was his horse and one of my main show horses I had growing up. Topz and I had this bond that I have never had with any other horse. He would do AnYTHING I ever asked of him. Most of the time he knew what I wanted before I even signaled him!! Topz got real sick last fall and we had to put him down unexpectedly. (Also had to put down 2 other horses...dont get me wrong I loved them too, but I didn't have that bond with them like I had with Topaz.


I constantly have vivid dreams..so vivid they seem real. On my real bad days, the days I am most depressed I will dream about my grandpa and Topz. I firmly believe they are in the afterlife together along with all the other animals that have died in my life. But my dreams are so real and it's like I have both of them back. I don't know if this is my subconcious trying to make me feel better or them reaching out from beyond. I like to think it's the former.

Anyone else dream of deceased relatives, friends, or pets?
