Black Helicopters, the govt or just my paranoia?

Like what is up with them? i see them absolutley every where,i see them at least once a day, so does my friend, he also has seen them through his telescope and says he can see their weapons. The worst time was when me,him and our other friend saw three black helicopters flying side by side.
And when i went on holiday for a week 2 da north island, it took about 5 days for them to reach the place i was staying. Anyone got any info on them?
