someone tell me what was that plz - dream etc merged

i was in my bed around 3 o clock in the morning and I saw heavy green light outside the window . I get to check but no green light anymore .min later a big white light appear right in front a me .I saw a kind of human shape that touch me . I was parilezed and took me in to the white light . I have remember to a long tunel bout I do not remember anything else . the morning
after i wake up whit almost my body full of sraches and cut ,! I dont know what happen but would like someone tell me wtf hapended !
