Ok, inspired by the Travis Walton thread. What do peolpe make of Whitley strieber?

I've read communion and it was certainly a good read, i've not read any of the others. I tried to read secret school but gave in. Am I right in thinking that he started to believe it was something other that ET's?

Ok, this will be a good chance for Noobs like myself to get to know you guys n girls.

I'll start.

1.) I live near Newcastle in the UK in a town called Ashington.

2.) I act and write comedy for a living.

3.) I saw a ufo about ten years ago but never since.

UFO's- Catching up.

Ok, so being new to the forum and having been somewhat starved of UFO news over the last couple of years. What would you all say have been the most importand developments/cases/sightings etc over the last couple of years.

I know Nick Redferns book certainly seemed to kick up a lot of fuss regarding Roswell.

Do you think......

That we will ever see the day when we turn on the news and the headlines are that we have made contact with intelligent ET life? Or perhaps a big arrival scenario? If so, do you think this will happen in our life time?

Im of the opinion that perhaps some sort of agreement has been made for them not to show up on mass, but perhaps a date has been set?

It's quite an exciting thought thinking of that day, one im sure we have all dreamed of at one point or another.

Hi, Im dave and as my name suggests im from the UK- Near Newcastle in the Northeast.

Glad to find this place as I have felt somewhat starved of all UFO news of late, due tho the end of the UFO Magazine over here as well as a lot of websites etc.

So, whats been big in UFOlogy this last year or so? The biggest thing I read about was Nick redferns Roswell book which I was kinda suprised about, and I guess deep down dont want to believe, anyone read it? Opinions?

It seems such a shame that Ufololgy does seem to be struggling these days, its hard to believe that had such huge popularity about ten years ago.

I still live in the hope that in my life time I will see the truth finally come out- Its still out there, I just think not as many people are looking for it anymore.

I look forward to having a good read through here and catching up.
