Did it really happen??

Hi..
let me start by saying a few things.. ive noticed an increase interest in the stars at night, i always like to notice how much more brighter and bigger they seem in places that arent so lit up, like the city that i live in is.
I also have what is called "sleep paralysis" where either im waking up or falling asleep, and i feel very heavy and tingly, and i cannot move, i cannot even open my eyes. but i am very aware that i cannot move and that i get really really really scared. sometimes im slightly dreaming when it happens, but its very rare. Sometimes it would happen one right after the other, because i would try so hard to scream and open my eyes and move, but i cant!! After concentrating very hard, i can maybe move my finger a little bit and that seems to ware off the paralysis. Sometimes im on my back and sometimes im on my stomache. When i researched and found out it was called "sleep paralysis" the next times it happened, i would try not to be so scared, but i noticed that they didnt last as long.
I dont think it is sleep paralysis after all, not in the sense that my mind is doing it. I think its something(someone) else.
I sometimes wake up and find marks on me. Mostly bruises but sometimes scratches. The scratches i can understand, maybe they are from me, but not the bruises.
Anyways, back in the day, i used to be FRIGHTENED of ANYTHING concerning UFO'S and aliens. I would be so scared.
Which brings me to my main point here. A few months ago, i was surfing the net and out of boredom i suppose, i became interested in alien abductions and read some "real" accounts of it. then the little interest faded.
Then one night i had a dream and when i think about it now, i see clearly not from the lying down position i was in, but up and on the left. in my dream, i was lying down in a darkened room, on a silvery/metal thing. and i swear , im not sure if i was naked or not, but aliens were around me, im not sure how many, all i can remember is their arms and hands and fingers, and they were all around me but the thing is is that they were almost touching my skin, all over on my legs is what i can remember most, maybe they did my whole body like that, one finger after another, well, whenever they touched me, there would be a purple glow at the tips of their fingers. i dont think ill forget that glow for some reason. it was really pretty. Either the glow went off when they touched me, or they just glided their hands, but i could swear they were moving their fingers up and down on me. No pain.
When i woke up i didnt remember it i dont think (i couldnt really recall it as i like to do with all my dreams i have). then for some reason i become real interested again in alien abductions and a while after that (reading up stuff on the internet) , i remembered my dream.
Then i had another dream where im not sure if it is the same "night" as the other one, meaning the same experience or not, but it was the aliens, white, with big slanted eyes peering down at me in an almost inquiring way, like they were checking up on me. i remember the mouth too. it was 2 of them but i am pretty sure there was a third one that was off to my left. I was on that metal silvery bed thing again. and but i remember i looked directly into their eyes and then another one would come up and id see his eyes and he would move back but the one i originally looked at was still there. im remembering more as i type this. its weird. i remember their lips. or one of their lips. i dont think it had a smile on, rather it was like a straight line and then a nother little line to serve as the bottom lip. but the eyes. wow. all black. i wasnt that scared to look into them. i was curious too. i think they were also curious. maybe they were telling me something im not sure cuz i get that feeling too. but i remember the one reaching over to something and then they pulled down something that had a big purple light on it. and thats all i remember..
i woke up scared because of the vividness of it. Freaky. but im not scared really. If aliens do abduct me, those are the only dreams that i can recall at the moment.
and i think ive seen a UFO that was little and round and like a blue light. it hovered high in the air, almost like it was above someones house then it seemed to notice us, i was with my boyfriend (it was at night at the beach), and it seemed to bob up and down left and right, and it seemed like it was almost comming towards us but i cant really remember, and it went down, up, down, left, right.. by then we started to walk away cuz we were freaked and i swear to you that it seemed to follow us. then i turned aroudn again, i saw it shoot up again to the original spot in the sky, move left, right left right and then disappeared. not once did the thing look like it got bigger.
Anyone have any ideas? sorry for the length
