Alien Abduction : Incidenent In Lake County

Anyone remember this TV movie? Pretty good fake - it freaked me when i saw it on the horror movie channel when i was a kid. It basically involves this Rural family who get attacked by Aliens after family members witness them dissecting a cow in the woods whilst investigating a power shortage. Then all sorts of crazy crap happens, Grays getting the house, kids acting strange, people going missing.

What's your Political Stance?

I'm a mixed bag.

I'm Anti gun control. If someone misuses a gun, then let the law deal with it, you don't need restrictions unless you're after a Bazooka or if your buying mountains of M16s....

I'm Anti abortion. Firmly. I'm not religious - but everyone deserves a chance at life, and just because a fetus can't form an opinion doesn't make it less Human. I'm only for Abortion if it's out of Rape or the Child is going to turn into the Elephant man or something.

Socially, i'm Libertarian. Governments have no right to intefere in what anyone does behind their doors - Police and that should only come in if there's domestic abuse going on, etc.

I'm for the legalisation of light narcotics. Cannabis doesn't cause Psychotic episodes - there is many different types of weed, not all of them do that. And it depends on your state of mind before that.

I'm extremely distrustful of Government. I think there is a lot of bending over to the demands of Corporations and the WTO.

I believe in a mixed economy - i.e. key industries nationalised, and there needs to be a strict rules for Corporations and heavy punishments for those who brake the law. Fines don't go far enough.

More Business tax and heavy taxes for the rich and Tax breaks for the poor.

So overall, i'd call myself a Social Democrat.
