Psychic Radio Dreams Research

Has anyone ever had a dream wherein a voice as if a radio announcer is transmitting some kind of information possibly from some headquarters somewhere (Earth or outer space or other dimensional (who knows?) Specifically occuring when one is not in range of a switched on radio appliance? Was the information of a specific type worth further researching and could this reported phenomenon be linked to the increasing speculation pertaining to the microchipping of individuals? Incidentally, in January 2008, California, specifically banned the microchipping of humans. Is it possible that psychic radio phenomenon is of a spiritual nature, an advanced remote technology or possibly a hybrid merger of the two?
