Gendarmerie and French Police-UFO procedure

The French police have long been informed of procedure to follow when receiving reports of and dealing with UFOs. Official procedure was published in "Gendarmerie Nationale", the official publication of the Gendarmerie (The French Para-military).

But does anybody know when this procedure was first introduced or published? Can anybody find any references to this published material? Specific dates are especially important to me. Unfortunately most information is bound to be in French, which makes things difficult for me, but any info would be great.

Serious UFO Researchers: How do you cope with the ridicule factor?

I have spent a lot of my time these last few years researching the UFO topic, and it is becoming more and more obvious to me that I just can't casually mention UFOs. I have to keep quiet about something that occupies a lot of my time. I often find myself outright avoiding the topic in company. This creates yet another element of secrecy, which just adds to the potential ridicule.

How do you cope? Do you have any stories or advice?

UFO Disclosure Project: Which informant/case mentions security access of Spielberg?

I recently read "Disclosure", by Dr. Steven Greer MC., the summary of the UFO Disclosure Project. I remember a case in which it was mentioned that Steven Spielberg had high security clearance to access UFO information. But now I can't find it. Does anyone know which case or informant this was?

Also, any similar information regarding Spielbergs security access to UFO information would be really helpful to my research.

Arecibo/ Alien Disc Crop Circle: A book yet?

Surely by now, the famous Arecibo Crop Circle (the one with the DNA and Chemistry code reply), and the Alien with the information Disk Crop Circles near the Chilbolton Observatory in England, by now have been well researched. Does anyone know - Has there been any books published detailing the investigation and findings of these Crop Circles?

Which crime shows feature the investigation of UFO topics?

Excluding the obvious X-files, which crime shows feature the investigation of UFO topics? So far I have:

(1) NCIS - "Vanished" - Season 2, Episode 26 - Investigation of Crop Circle.

(2) Without a Trace - "Light Years" - Season 3, Episode 50 - Suspected Alien implant and abduction.

I also think there is a CSI episode, maybe called "Leapin' Lizards" where suspects in a murder case are UFO-club members. It was is season 7 I think. Need help on this one.

Any help would be great. Links and detailed references would cool.
