Need Help, Possible Abduction- Opinions?

I've had a weird, out of the ordinary day today and just wanted someone else's opinion on this because I am quite alone in the matter as my family and friends do not know about state corruption, UFO's, and the possibilities of abductions.

I woke up and felt really tired, even though I had a lot of sleep, my body and head both felt tired. I didn't remember my dream until I was walking outside at school and looked at the sky, and I remembered dreaming about being abducted. I remember feeling like I couldn't do anything about it, and a little scared, and I remember brownish, long, bumpy/bulgy fingers taking both of my arms as I was laying down, they were surrounded by dark colors and dark green colors. I also remember looking at the sky outside of my new apartment and seeing a UFO coming towards me and feeling like I couldn't do anything about it, laying on the grass. After I remembered my dream, I looked down at my left arm and there is a dark red, 3.5 mm circle mark that is 1/2 an inch away from my elbow crease, and there is a definite dark mark in the center of the red mark, like an entry point. It is the first time I have seen it. I feel very weirded out and have been thinking about it all day.

I'm not the kind of person to make up stories and I have never remembered a dream where I was abducted by aliens before. I don't know if I am looking too much into it or if there is a reason why I am thinking so much about my dream or whatever it was. It is funny because I just bought 4 crop circle posters and have been looking into crop circles recently..and just so whoever's reading this can get an idea of where I'm coming from and stuff, I also think about the state of the world all the time, every day, and I am quite emotional about it..it is silly, but when I go outside I often look at the sky and beg aliens in my head to come and save me from the world that seems to be going to hell. I'm a quiet person who is on no medication and has never had any mental problems or anything. I'd appreciate any opinions, I know the world doesn't revolve around me, but if anyone has 2 minutes to let me know if they've heard of or have had similar experiences.. Thanks- Joanne
