paranormal and et experiences...need advice

I hope this is the right section to put this in, im really need advice... before i start, i do not suffer from paranoia, nervous disorders, schizophrenia etc...

The last few years since i started getting into the whole ufo phenomena.. ive learnt how to sift through the hoaxes.. filter out the garbage and that there is so much current and historical evidence that these things are real.

Now, the experiences im having are strange things happening, it began a year ago where id be on the fone to my friends and hear a crash in my room, but nothing on the floor, once i heard my shoes fly against the wall, when i look they were on the floor, i went outside and asked my sister if shed thrown shoes around or knocked anything around, but she was downstairs so it couldnt possibly have been her.

This is how it was for a year, the odd one or two strange things.. nothing unbelievably phenomenal, but still strange.

However.... these last 4 months have been strange as hell,

Ive had MULTIPLE ufo sightings.. not planes, not helicopters (way too low, way too fast, way too bright and making no sound whatsoever), in fact the last three nights in a row ive seen a huge oval shaped object hover around 1000 feet above the ground for a full 25 minutes before disapearing.. no sound at all, however the main problem was the sky was dark and with a digital camera its almost impossible to get a good shot at night.

Ive had what i am 100% convinced was an `abduction` wouldnt call it so much an abduction as it wasnt agressive... just woke up and found myself on a table in a dark room with a woman.. i can go into that another time.. however i had three marks in an almost triangle shaped pattern on my leg, three dots almost like holes, completly red... looked as if they should have hurt like hell but no pain at all. i took pictures of them (this was about 3 months ago), i know i wasnt dreaming as when i `awoke` it wasnt a normal awakening.. it was a `snaped out of it` awakening, not a regular waking up from a dream awakening.

Now the really disturbing experiences... the last two months as im trying to sleep, im hearing sounds all around me, once i heard something which no question at all was the clicking of a computer mouse... click your computer mouse... nothing else in the world sounds like that familiar click.. i opened my eyes straight away nothing there.
ive hear voices, usually a soft male one slowly whisper my name....
i hear ringing sounds, crashing sounds, bell sounds...
its really disturbingme.
i know extra terrestrials, ghosts, spirits are all conected in the sense that they are all other dimensions.. however i am absolutly convinced upon reading reports of other people whove had contacts with ets, that the noises are them telling me to go outside and meet them!
Its geting to the point where im too scared to sleep sometimes, as its always the closing my eyes point where these things occur..please note its NOT when im drowsy or sleepy, im 100% conscious as these noises occur, so they are definatly not hallucinations.

Another thing to note is none of these experiences have been agressive, none whatsoever...

However my main problem is i am not ready for it, if there is indeed another spirit or even somebody from another dimension (posibly extra terestrial) wanting to meet with me, im not ready for it.. ive only been in the whole paranormal field for a few years now.. yes i know extra terrestrial existence is real, yes i believe it does have a conection to us and where we came from, but im just a young man in the uk, trying to put together pieces of the ufo jigsaw, i cant handle all these paranormal experiences.

Im sorry if this is the wrong section to put it in, any advice or feedback grately appreciated.

The reason for the many many reincarations of the soul is for one purpose... to finally evolve and move onto the next dimension, moving up the ladder.

Currently human beings as we know it, ie whom we see in every day life here on terra (Earth) are in a very limited third dimensional reality.

All the other dimensions (and there are 12 currently) are not able to be consciously accessed out of free will, henceforth the other entities, spirits, races etc we arent able to see.

Its like a television, upon watching channel 1, yes channels 2 3 4 and 5 are all there, but all the eye can identify is channel 1 as you are only tuned into that frequency.

Mankind is, like it or not, evolving... for those people who wish to, THERE IS NO `SAVING RACE` NO `JESUS LIKE FIGURE WHO WILL RESCUE US ALL` yes, there are other races willing and prepared to assist us, yes we will start to see more and more of these other entities and dimensions as we evolve but it is up to us to do the work.

We can not sit around partying, carrying on with natural instincts of violence hate, no respect etc and excpect us to evolve.... people who stay blind and dont chose to raise their consciousness will not make the shift.

Where is the moon?
