Are we all been watched?

I have read a while ago about a conspiracy theory involving sat nave’s and other global positioning devices, or other technology that uses satellites for example mobile phones.

Just think about it for a second how many of you have a mobile or GPS device, and more mobiles and cars are coming with built in GPS devices. By doing so all who own such devices can be tracked and monitored at all times knowing your locations listening in on your conversation making it so that we never truly have privacy.

Just think about it is this outrages enough to be true?

I would like to here you theories on this subject.

Hey i am Billy, or Pinhead (by Pinhead i mean for the series of films know as Hell raiser)

I was a very unsure on the subject of aliens and UFO's until my recent experience but i am still unsure what is and has happened. But anyway i am a young wannabe artist, i spend most of my time with my art. Guess there is not much more for me to tell you about my self well, that's if i don't wont to bore you all to death lol

Oh and could some one tell me what section i could share my experiences in?
