An alien race I've met in my dreams is called Kytes. They kind of look like small sting rays, except they float on air. They are paper thin and very fragile, and are the most beautiful iridescent colors. They are intelligent, and are born in shallow pools of liquid (looks like water but it isn't... it's something similar to ethanol). Their planet has rubbery, fast-growing plants with vines large leaves. A humanoid species also lives on their planet, but I know very little about them except that they are able to communicate with the Kytes and live peacefully with them.
Does this sound familiar to anyone? Has anyone heard of Kytes or anything similar? |
