I don't know how many of you know about this site. It may be of use to some of you who have seen UFO's in the sky. I kind of like the idea of logging all UFO sightings across the USA and the world and there are some quite intersting reports filtered by the site itself.

Keep watching the ski's.... I mean skys. :alien: wink.gif

Yay Dean M, good post! I love NUFORC and go there all the time!

Folks, it is truly an international reporting center. If you read UFO reports like I do, you can't beat NUFORC. It is fascination reading and it is civillian-run, not a gov. place.

And hats off to Mr. Peter Davenport, the man who almost singlehandedly runs and maintains the national UFO Reporting Center.

I think either he is too cool, or hes an alien himself and he gets inside info, and he doesnt want anyone to find out, so he works alone........

He's been criticized in the UFOlogy field for being a black-hole for UFO sightings. You can see by looking at the database that thousands of sightings and experiences get reported there but all you can do is look at the brief descriptions - there's no way of contacting the experiencer to ask for more information. It sounds like sour grapes when one webmaster says anything bad about another, but I think it should be stated that just logging sightings and not doing anything with them, or having any system for others to investigate them, achieves nothing more than being a diverting read.
