mans biggest achievment is to put a man on the moon, we havent even walked on mars yet, so who are we to say there is nothing out there? How can you say there is nothing interesting here for them? After all look how a baby is fascinated by everything because it doesn't know what anything is. A remote control to us is an innatible object that changes over the tv, an alien would find it a fascinating object and try to study it because it wouldn't know what it does. We think we are the dominant species on this planet and we are, but until we have seen every corner of the universe then we cant say we are the most intelligent and dominant species of the universe, because it cant be proven yet. However if a race of ETs had laser weapons, and they saw a tank fire or an m16 fire, because it reacts differently would they not find it amazing? It doesn't matter that the weapons aren't as powerful as theirs but the fact that it fires bullets or shells would make it interesting to them, just as laser weapons would be interesting to us. As i have told others, our planet is a small speck in the universe, there are billions of stars and planets out there, who is to say there is nothing on them when our planet supports life? Come on we can't be the only ones. And i bet their are aliens saying the same thing as us. We can only advance in technology with the natural materials we have on this planet (Metal, fuel, oil etc...) So basically there could be some sort of super fuel on other planets which make it easier and faster to travel, but we cant prove that either way. Just like we can't prove that other races have a higher power of intelligence than us. For example it took cavemen 10,000 years to learn that if they put a sharp stone on their stick, they had a sharp stabbing weapon to hunt with. Man's intelligence in evolution took a very long time, and now we are very quickly learning new things, but still not found cures for cancer or interplanitary travel

If they were coming to Earth to rob us of our resources, I think we would have seen some sign of it by now, Maybe entire mountains missing or something like that.


Perhaps they are here for resources, but not the resources that we are accustomed to fighting over...like oil, gas, fresh water...land etc..

We have all seen the NASA videos and how the ufos swarm into an area of the earth that is having storms etc...

I would say he has a good point why did you reply to him as if he didn`t believe life existed outside of earth?

It seems he does just that there is no reason for them to come here.

Well, we always read about underground bases and caves in the Earth. Maybe there is some type of minerals or gems they know of that we don't. Maybe they can get to them and we haven't the technology to do the same, or haven't discovered them yet. :shrug:

Some have claimed the Solomon Islands have underground alien bases. They say some of the islands are rich in gold, silver, gems, and minerals. :shrug:

Maybe they know how to harness the magnetic field of the Earth like Nikola Tesla was trying to do. He believed this planet can create enough free energy for the whole planet and for many different uses at that. There could be a number of reasons including the oceans and what may lie beneath. :shrug:

Maybe they just come here to laugh at how stupid we are, or we may be just some form of entertainment, curiosity and amazement for them. There's always some form of stupidity going on. :laugh:

Sure and maybe they do that also but come here for entertainment like I said above. Two for one.

But in my humble opinion they are here for a variety of reasons that I stated, not just one. We are perhaps a forward base for other exploration that they are doing.

Yes, their are billions of planets that probably have earthlike resources and most likely they are also being visited. However, consder earth a one stop shop where you can get everything under one roof.

Good point but who knows! probably those aliens come from our own solar system there are many posibilities that life exist on Mars (underground) or even in the Moon,hollow moon and what about on Earth with many places yet discover. Did you read our threads of alien bases underground and hollow Earth?

What if some advanced evoluted beings are here not for what we have in material but are here to guide and to learn, love, respect and to teach us of course. Why everything must be material and weapons and war? This is so annoying it makes me tired and sleepy... -__-'

I'm tired of reading opinions of people, people whom are not ready...

Do you mean opinions OF other people or opinions FROM people.....

Maybe some of us are tired of claims of this and that with nothing to back them up.....If aliens are comming here I wish someone could show something that we can hold in our hand and know with out a doubt its alien!


But we don`t so opinions is all we have so get used to it![phew]

I know it's complicated but it makes even much worse when people with no vision and open mind try to explain things. No offense to anyone here.

I feel I have an open mind I believe it`s plausible extraterestrial life exists and I believe it`s possible it has visited us sometime in the past.

What have have trouble with is how many ufo sightings are really et if any are also I have a problem with the notion that ET is here to help us or gide us they are probably just studying us what are they going to get out of helping us we have nothing to give them.

But even though I believe things doesn`t mean its really true for all we know we could be alone in the galaxy or even the universe so until we have solid proof people will have opinions.

Who is right? Well only time will tell.

I would however find it extremely unusual if we were really alone....

There are at least four other possible reasons why ET is here:

1. Since the earliest cave drawings, down through the written and anecdotal tales of most ancient peoples, it seems ET has always been here. Perhaps, as some abductees have reported, WE are their creation. They are simply exercising their 'parental' interest in us.

2. Since we have detonated 'the bomb' there seems to be a lot more interest and sightings of ET especially around bases and facilities that store nuclear weapons. According to some abductees, with nuclear weapon detonations, we somehow have an impact on THEIR world (alternate/parallel universe?) and they are simply looking out for their best interests.

3. According to a conversation I viewed of Dr. John Mack, Pulitzer prize winner and former Professor at Harvard, his work with abductees has caused him to seriously consider what some of his 'patients' have reported. ET is here to keep an eye on us. It seems we are something akin to a 'cosmic virus' and it is ET's job to keep our 'aggressive nature' contained thereby keeping the rest of the Universe safe from being 'infected' by us through our Space exploration/conquest.

4. Again, according to some abductee claims, ET is here to warn us of the rapidly approaching world cataclysm, although, as late as it is, it may be too late now to prevent it and only slightly possible to survive it if we make plans and take action now.

Of course, we must take into account the very likely probability that there are many different types of ET with just as many different reasons for being here.
