PREFACE.

In 2004 the Gilroys’ long-awaited first book on the UFO phenomena, “Australian UFOs – Through the Window of Time” was published and continues to be a huge success.

The book covered a wide range of subjects linked to UFOlogy, including the ‘Ancient Astronaut’ theory, UFO reports from throughout Australia, Alien Abductions and the official cover-up surrounding the existence of top secret underground bases around Australia, and in the Blue Mountains west of Sydney in particular.

It was inevitable that another book would have to be written by Heather and I on the Australian UFO scene. In fact, even while we were preparing “Australian UFOs – Through the Window of Time” I was already forming plans in my head to write a book on the mystery surrounding the Blue Mountains and the many eerie UFO related phenomena happening here, in which the top secret Australian/American underground complexes play a big role.

This book is the result of those first initial plans.

Much of the evidence presented in this book is the combined work of our
Blue Mountains UFO Research Club besides our own investigations in the field, countless Skywatches, and expeditions into the areas where entrances to the huge complex of bases are located.

Our adventures have involved the FBI, CIA and ASIO in one way or another, as the reader will learn in the course of this book. We have frequently been spied upon and of course our phone has been tapped from time to time.

From all the intimidation we have received, it is obvious that there is
something we are not supposed to know about, something incredible and on a grand scale, deep beneath the earth in the very heart of the Blue Mountains.

Long ago, from all the mysterious disappearances of people who got too
nosey, of aircraft that mysteriously crashed, as well as even stranger occurrences involving people who claimed to have entered time-windows to return with visions of the past, and others who claimed to have been abducted by ETs to worlds beyond our own, I began to see a pattern forming within a great triangle covering the Blue Mountains.

This great ‘triangle’ is the main subject of this book. It can be said to be the land version of the Bass Strait Triangle, for it holds within its oundaries a great many startling mysteries involving UFOs which the authorities have done their best to hush up.

The reader is therefore promised an amazing series of revelations in the course of this book, which have no comparisons elsewhere in Australia.

They prove to any enlightened person that WE ARE NOT ALONE in the vast Universe beyond our rather insignificant little planet!
