I've heard that Atlantis once had Airplanes, T.V.s, and Radios, thousands of years ago! Could this be true or not? I believe that they had this kind of technology.

Well, the city continent of Atlantis was advanced compared to todays humans, so I think they mighth ave. So sad they had to go beneath the waves in their death.

Don't believe Plato ever mentioned such things, in his original story of Atlantis.

If I recall, all of those attributes (I.E. Atomic power, flying machines, etc.) were connected to the lost continant much later.

I heard about that, and another thing I heard of is that thousands of years ago aliens come to earth and helped the humans that could be the reason we have to technology we have today?!

Well Allied, I'm sure it's possible that we "may" have been visited in the past, and that mankind "may" have been given a helping hand, but, there really isn't the proof that anything like that happened.

Alot of speculations & theories, but.....no real proof. :shrug:

I, for one, would be thrilled if that proof was ever found.

i never read any stories of plato socrates and homer
mentioming abt ufo and aliens.
maybe they use dif words

Speculative at best.
What does it matter anyway?
Atlantis is an unproven myth.
Mysterious artifacts and monoliths of the world does not help either.

Just being realistic here.
Personally I do believe ATLANTIS did exist.
