Actually, based on that clip I'd classify him as a believer. Thirty years ago that is. Who knows what he is now, thirty years is a long time.

Also note the ever impending "There has been talk about disclosure in a few months...yada, yada..." Sound familiar? And that's 1977!

Good to know things haven't changed much in the world of Ufology in the last 30 years...

Thats was right around the time Jimmy Carter said he was gonna release all UFO documents the govt had once he was President.

Of course he was stonewalled right after he was elected.

Strangely enough, didn't Clinton say pretty much the same thing before he was elected? And wasn't he apparently stone walled as well?

As I said, there are a lot of reoccurring themes in the world of Ufology.
