Hello people Last night was not to good for me:( I had the nightmare I have been having ever since I was taken! They came to get me in the middle of the night when I least excpect it! And that feeling you get when you can't run or can't look away consumed me wishing I could do some thing about the fear I felt that one terrible night ...so I got out of bed to make some warm milk and think about what just happened to me in my own mind the more I think of it the more I think why was I taken why were any of us taken? The thing that scares me most is what if I never get over this feeling of being taken? what if what happened to me consumes every part of my life? And I know most of you people do not believe in other beings, But I can tell you it is true with every fiber of my life it is true we don't have to be affaid we just have to be understanding to every thing in the world around us! please tell me how do I get over this feeling of being so alone and scared?:abduct:

Have you ever thought of seeing somebody about this? Possibly a brain doctor? All they do is take a scan of your brain and you tell them whats wrong.

Actually, Reator, I would contact a therapist. What you're describing sounds like it borders on Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Certainly, your experiences are causing you anxiety. A therapist could help you overcome and manage that anxiety, and there ARE some therapists who even specialize in treating abductees. I would check into it.
