Crab Rangoon: Although it is said this dish is not of Asian extract, lots of Chinese Restaurants carry it and I love it!!!

Crab, spices and a sauce stuffed into Wontons (Chinese dumplings)
and deep fried to crispy perfection…mmm Now I’m hungry!…lol ~rore

Cashew Chicken, Bourbon Chicken, spring rolls, Vegatable Egg Foo Yung, usually anything with shrimp, General Tzo's Chicken, and a few others I can't think of right now. Having said that, I'm very careful about what restaurant I visit. The Chinese places in Florida, at least, have had quite a major problem with shipping in rancid meat, which is then bleached to remove the rotten portions, rinsed out, cooked & served. I try to only visit upper-scale establishments to avoid bad food handling practices.
