Here are some rare photos and an audio clip (of ante-chamber wind) from an area inside the Great Pyramid which is off limits to tourists. These photos were taken inside one of Giovani Caviglia's forced tunnels; specifically, the tunnel he blasted out in the 1800s from the King's Chamber ante-chamber area in his search to follow along the King's Chamber northern air shaft. This tunnel met and followed along the Great Pyramid's northern air shaft for about 15 feet. This is the same area where Rudolf Gantenbrink, in 1992, installed a ventilator unit as part of the then new ventilation system for the Great Pyramid.

The photos take you from the entrance to this tunnel, inside and upwards and along the northern air shaft, and then peering directly inside the air shaft itself. Also attached is a rare sound clip of rushing air recorded inside the air shaft seen in the fourth photograph. The full high-resolution images can be viewed at our new Egypt Antiquity News Service website at GizaPlateau.com.

Interesting.
I'm curious, as to how many tunnels and chambers remain hidden, in the pyramid of Cheops and the Sphinx?

A little off topic here, but isn't there some story about some treasure buried underneath the right foot of the sphinx? And about tunnels not being found, I bet you there there are plent of tunnels down in that thing that we havn't found yet.
