I am not sure of the resolution, but I think they would be too big for that.
I would like to know their estmated size.
Could Russia or some other country have landed a remote device there?

SD.....good point.....but aren't most rovers rather small?....:headscrat ....but the article said there were quite a few trackways.....and since there is virtually no erosion on the moon some of these "trackways" could be very old.

Could have happened when Smart-1 was crashed into the Moon, don't know if these places are near each other though, or what time frame we are talking about....

At the end of each track is a boulder. Is that not suggestive of anything?

When I look at the lower right the track there looks like it is winding up , over and around the craters...is that a boulder too?

SD...that looks more like the path of a lunar rover....it does not look like a natural path of a boulder

It would be worth finding out.
If it is not, we would have something most interesting indeed.

What made the boulder moon?

If you noticed the boulder goes up a ridge and down a depression and then curves.

This smillar to a track I found on Mars,
