Hmmm Ok these kind of calculations and I tend to go astray, but here goes???

Between June 6 2006 and the end of 2006 is 208 days
2007 is not a leap year so 365 days in 2007 gives 573 days
So that leaves 93 days in 2008 which is...drumm roll please.
2008 is a leap year sooo
2nd April 2008 I think
Is that the latest contestant for the end of the world???

I would have asked how much the job would have paid before working it out, Dundee.

There have been many predicted days for the world to end, many of which have been and gone. Nothing has happened, and why would anyone expect something to happen? The universe does not care for the numerological speculations of humans, which are the assignment of arbitrary and meaningless numbers to the world. Is the earth aware of the date or the "Number of the Beast"?

I said that numerology was meaningless, not that numbers themsleves are meaningless. Mathematics, when correctly applied to nature, is meaningful, and more so than language.

Why is 6/6/2006 a special date? Why not the 6th of June, in the year 6 A.D.? This date most pleasantly incorporates the beast number: 6/6/6.

smile.gif Andrew either you never know when I am messing around, or I never know when your messing around. Either way I think we live on different planets smile.gif Hehe I really feel I should take you out somewhere with the lads, get you incredibly drunk and encourage you do all manner of silly things involving womens underwear and crowded streets that would make you cringe in the morning smile.gif The true test that determines if you have had one of those nights is the landmark of waking in the morning with either a bald head or a Mohawk. That is assuming you left for the pub with a full head of hair.

Oh yeah almost forgot !!!!!!! 6.022 x 10^23 !!!!!!!!!
