What a shame that 2007 will probably be remembered more about ufo/alien hoaxes than anything else highlights or low lights which ever way you look at it were/are the Chad/ Issac drone pictures the excellent but hoaxed Haiti footage the big machines pictures which i am now thinking not so much hoax but probably human made then yesterday some footage showed up of a humanoid from the Andes another probable hoax and lastly the A.A. again reared its head in a programme for Sky tv called Eamon Investigates reporter Eamon Holmes interviewed Ray Santilli about the autopsy footage and Santilli admitted for the first time that the A.A. was a re-creation ( is that a hoax ? ) im sure theres other stuff ive missed what do you think of 2007 your comments please

You're right, Oskar. 2007 was a great year for CGI clips (Haiti, Chad and even the Italian Air Force clip). The one event that I thought would make waves, the release of the NARCAP investigation of the 2006 O'Hare incident, barely made a ripple. Overall, pretty disappointing - so much so that the UFO bloggers have resorted to talking about 1950s contactees again. Pretty much shows there's nothing new of substance happening in the UFO field.

Skep....I noticed a share of honest mistakes as well.

Well I don't know about you guys but I get the feeling something big is about to happen sometime soon.And 2007 does seem to have alot of hoaxes in it.But as I learned every time something bad happens something good eventually happens too.

CH - I've been watching the UFO phenomenon for about 40 years now. Every year, there are people who say we are just on the verge of a big revelation. Not to be pessimistic but I wouldn't hold my breath on it.

As for bad balancing out good, you have to remember that good and bad are sometimes a matter of perspective. Assuming your talking about disclosure, what makes you so sure that it will constitute "something good"?
