Im not a Bush family fan..but if there is going to be a thread that is distorting their family history...may as well point out a contradictory FACT.

Apples dont fall from the tree. But of course we are talking about people. And they often differ dramatically from their parents. In this case.. the current presidents FATHER fought in the war and nearly gave his life for it. Is that what you mean by not falling far from the tree? Oh.No. you mean his grandfather. Why do you consider what his grandfather did more relevant than what his father did, particularly in light of your apples quote?

In the other thread, as I pointed out, the initial QUOTE is a lie, and the post misleading. The quote that is supposed to be about Bush WASNT ABOUT BUSH and anyone claiming it is must know they are lying because its not even close. Its not a "gray" area. The article is very clear about whom it is refering.

And it is really George Bushes grandfather IN LAW that was more heavily involved in that business.

But people dont generally let a few facts get in the way of slander.
