Check this out
The new technology,or better said fashion:rolleyes: , in mobile phones is coming.
There's not too much information about those mobile watches but many of those come from China and have a great capacity of memory(1gb),2 and 3 megapixel camera,bluetooth,vibration,mp3 player video recorder and player, voice recorder etc...

I don't believe that it is practical to try to manipulate the controls with it on your wrist. But the trouble with all mobile phones is that they are crap. My mobile phone is four and a half years old, and when I bought it it was the cheapest one I could find in the shop. I have not yet found a reason to replace it. I keep my usage to a minimum because it is not a pleasure to use them, but a chore. The buttons are always clunky and you have to press them slow and deliberately for the thing to be aware that you have pressed them. (What ever happened to the soft rubber buttons? They had a much better feel.) I have yet to see a camera phone that is worthwhile, being as it is more trouble than it is worth to use the camera features--it takes forever to navigate the menus to set up a shot and to press the shutter. The MP3 features usually mean it does not have sufficient data storage. I suppose they will all converge into being a device with web browser, phone, camera, mp3 player and GPS receiver, but I have yet to come across one that would be worthwhile for me to own.

My wife has a Trac phone.
I on the other hand have yet to get one. For the very reasons and more that you gave Andrew.
I guess I am waiting for them to get much more user friendly and reliable.

Many of those mobile watch phones are too big and the battery life is the factor here:
check this

The m300, designed by SMS Developments, Australia, is a digital watch and also a tri-band GSM cellphone, complete with an internal antenna, a 65k color OLED display, phone call as well as SMS support, Bluetooth etc. The Bluetooth on this watch can only be used for headsets, so you can rule out MP3 ringtones altogether. Also, the talk time stands at an inadequate 80 minutes, but the stand by time is still 70 hours, so don't take that call just yet.

Take a look at this picture:Is showing a nice design mobile watch

but now look at the next picture:

Is too big to carry in the arm.

The next one is very reliable is just a bluetooth watch made by Sony Ericsson in conjuntion with Fossil
