I have seen 3 UFO's throughout my 33 years of life,1982 a pulsating orange orb 5 metres in diametre only metres away from me on Fraser Island.1993 a craft (35 ft diametre) spitting out coloured lights into the ocean off Scarborough Beach Queensland.1998, 6 glowing lights hovered around exploring for two hours off Scarbourough Beach Queensland. But one thing that has always baffled me is a memory as a 3 year old boy. I was in bed and remember a big round ugly head floating in my room. I was frozen with fear. It spoke to me (can't remember what it said) then dissapeared. It's image is so clear in my head I can draw it today. When I was about 14 years old I drew a picture of it's face and told my father about this event. My Dad was in shock of my story for he had seen the exact same thing floating in his room when he was 16 years of age.(He was also frozen with fear at the time).
If anyone else has had a similar story or can shed light to this I would be very grateful.

Welcome, glowing orbs, particularly over the ocean are not uncommon, often can be lights from ships, aircraft etc, (or UFO's). The floating head, thats a hard one. If it wasn't for your Dad seeing the same, i would say it was just the imaginings of a kid, I have a vivd memory as a 7 year old of an eagle as big as a plane flying over the trees near our farm. learly this can't be true, but it is how I rememner it, I can see it now as plain as day. But if your dad saw the same thing...well. Unless it is something he imagined from his youth and you have heard the story long a go and forgot about it. Only to recreat the same in a dream or whatever. Other than that, I guess it could have been a floating head. People see ghosts, so why not.

Hi Soul-Drifter, Thanks for the welcome. The Head was round, about 2ft in diametre, human looking in origin, but very ugly, over sized fat lips that kind of streched across its face, very pale skin with an almost translucent quality, no hair (eyebrows etc). It's voice (whether it was telepathic or physically audible) was menacing and negative. My Father said when he experienced this entity it didn't speak, it just looked at him.

What is your impression about what it was, now?

I don't know? What I do know though is it's my earliest memory as a child, I was three, and it's still crystal clear in my head.
I'd love it if someone else has experienced what I saw and can share their experience.

this is the 2nd time i have heard someone say this and there both aussies

na sorry it was a long time again and i dont remember wether it was on thissite or another one

but if i remember correctly it went like this

someboody heard stanges noises and lights outside (it was daylight) so they went to check and a head was floating at the front door it starred at the person and than it eventually disapeared

but yeh i was at the time a member of a few ufo types websites so it may have been on this one or another one

I've heard about some really odd things from forums like this one, but never heard anything like this... Sounds really interesting.

i was 7, and i got up for a drink of water, as i was going down my stairs i looked into the mirror infront of me, in it i saw a large head floating there,much like what you described. so similar i am shocked that anyone else had even experienced the same thing as i have. only differences are that the one i saw had a greenish look to its skin and it had big black eyes..

Hi Silver, Yeah I drew a picture of the head today for you, I'm not much of an artist, I tried to get a translucent effect on the face but my version looks more like it's been working in a coal mine. It was white like the moon but not as bright if you get my drift.

have u checked back into your past history and checked if its a relation of some kind ,im begining too think its more of a ghost either that or maybe your imagination

hi lucasoid, iwasnt very old but they were in the formation of a diamond.the actual shape of each ufo was a coffin shape.my dad did drawings of them.i was very excited at the time.that was when my dad made it his life long conquest to investagate ufo phenomenom.there was so many reported sightings that night and police stations were inundated with calls.ever since that day i have always searched the skies.its a passion.

Floating heads have been reported elsewhere around the world.

They arent actually "floating heads", they are alleged to be alien entities that wear space suits that distort their bodies to the point where you cant see the torso, only the head.
Something to do with gravity distortion thats so strong it bends the light
