Here is an article by Dan Ahrens what he has found.

Source: http://www.rense.com/general10/huge.htm

And now take a look at an object we found while browsing.

What is this elongated object orbiting at the edge of the ring?

I don't know if it is the same object, but yes, there is an alien object orbiting Saturn. A dead relic in fact.

Do you have anymore info? A link or book ...

I would appreciate any info, no matter how trivial or illogical. Object of a good researcher is to examine all facts before coming to a conclusion.

Yeah, any more information would be cool. I'd love it if they could find a relic near Saturn ... but has anyone considered it might be just debris? Like ring fragments?

I don't care if he can prove it ... I'd just like to know more of the story! smile.gif smile.gif

Some of the tiniest moons on Jupiter and Saturn are very irregularly shaped. There's still a debate if those are actually 'moons' or just asteroids that have assumed stable orbits. I think it's both. Jupiter and Saturn are orbited by a mind-boggling number of rocks.

rohn.....its kind of hard to tell exactly what it is......can I assume those are Saturns rings on the right of the pic?

K-rex....that is a very good about all the "rocks" orbiting around Jupiter and Saturn.

That to me looks like an image of a moon that has elongated due to over exposure(i think thats the term when an image smears).....smile.gif

I thought that too, but wouldn't it be like that if it was something orbiting, the blurr would be sort of concentric to Saturn, not appearing to go away, unless it was a trick of the angle??

Fen.....good point.....its elongated because of the length of the exposure due to the film speed....(not fast enough)...which may cause the blurring effect causing a rounder object to be ......it is a nice pic of Saturns rings though.

It could also be one of Saturns "shepards" which are small bodies which orbit between Saturns rings to keep the rings inline so to speak.....using gravitational forces.

Wow, I never heard of shepherds before. That's pretty cool.

Edit: I mean I never heard of 'shepherds' in this context ... Yeah, I HAVE heard of the guys who 'watch' the sheep.

They are long-exposure images, people.
