It is with the greatest sadness I have to announce that my very good friend Angie (known as Star) who ran the website Aliens Anomylous has passed away, she had been fighting a long battle with cervical cancer for some time.

Angie was a champion is the search for the Answers of Ufology, who approached the subject with an understanding and commitment rarely seen in this modern age, and in her battle with cancer she was one of the bravest people I have ever known, she had a love of life, Dolphins, and the universe far greater than mine, and I will miss her very much.

Rest in peace my friend

Angie leaves behind her husband Garry and her six children Aran - Gaby - Ben - Lara - Haley - Jordan

Owhhh.. so sad to hear that Angie finally passed away... sad.gif

Though she hasn't posted here for a long time now, I remember her well. She was such a sweet spirit, one of life's beautiful gentle people... she loved sky watching and I have fond memories of her Sky Watching thread... And yeah, Angie was a help to AU even after she left to start her own site and she still kept in touch about stuff via pm and email in spite of being very ill...

Such a loss for her family... huge loss...

I guess I'm almost speachless... Not 5 minutes after reading this I had a phone call and found out my life long best friend, my good mate, has been diagnosed with cancer and it's serious...

Owhhh gee willikers... what a sad day...

Dingo
