I'm new to this site, and maybe this theory has been brought up before I don't know. My opinion, and my opinion alone; I believe that some of the crop circles are made by extraterrestial life, and some are hoaxes, and some are made by our own government.

I believe that the ones that are made by extraterrestial life are their way of communication, and our government has made some crop circles themselves talking back. Now this is just my theory I maybe totally wrong. And if so then we are back to square one on where do all of them come from. What do you all think. I'm sure there are many of you out there that will shoot my theory down and that's fine we all have our own views on this matter.

I like what you are saying and agree to all but the part about aliens using crop circles as communication. It is a very poor form of communication and would be the product of an idiot.

Unless aliens are idiots I don't subscribe to flattened grass as any form of meaningful communication.

I am pretty skeptical about modern crop circles, most of them anyway. I beleive there are a few not man made, but what did make them who knows? But I did read somewhere about reports of crop circles from hundreds of years aho, that I find interesting.

I fully arrange with what you say.
I have been in Englandand I have seen the you look for in the wheat.
few are true.
many are made bad.
many are done well, but don't have the characteristics.
many black helicopters without identification fly continually the you look for.

without looking up the name, there is reports from New England USA in the 1700s (or early 1800s) of Crop circles formed by a Witch. and evil witch. Seems Aliens, Ghosts and Witches run the same paths. Evil has no face. It uses what we fear the most. When we feared Witches and Gobblins in this world centuries ago.. people saw them on a mass scale. When it was Hauntins and Ghosts, people saw them in mass sightings. In the 1950s there was a string of UFOs. people saw them by the thousands. evenm in the late 1800s people saw them. things run in a pattern. Now you might tell me "There is your answer.. it's just self fulfulled mass hallucinations". but Hallucinations don't leave marks on human bodies. And in some cases, Death. It's evil and it's behind everything we fear. and if you're lucky enough to be a non believer, then they won't mess with you because it is counter productive to their natural or supernatural ways. so they win with what seems like a logical answer. That it's nothing more then the crazy imagination known as Paranoia. Here's a pill.. go to sleep.

My experience has led me to believe that the legitimate designs are created by the light orbs.
Light orbs are different than ufo's IMO that they are a life form unto themselves.

looks like one of the pyramids with circles on the egdes.to me the circles are points of energy and the pryamids are devices we have to activate.

well it is a good theory but im afraid are goverment doesnt know how to talk back so a better theory is that the goverment made crop circles just to point out things that make people believe there not true because the goverment doesent want us to know about ufo and aliens because if they told the truth to everybody then it would be disaster for example more crimes would be comited religion would fall and all sorts of stuff so are goverment dosent make them to talk back they make them to hide the truth thats if they do make them

I agree with your view that crop cicles used as communication would be a very poor form of communication. However could not this form of communication be used to determine how intelligent Humans were and to what level of technology we had attained?
To me crop circles look like some form of code that could take some time to de-cipher. I don't mean the arty-farty examples that have been manufactured by smart arse hoaxers.

Some are obviously hoaxes, but others seem genuine. You can't really say that it'd be a poor form of communication, who knows what circumstances they'd be under and it would be very hard to find a common language, other than maybe pictures.

I think most are probably man-made, but a few would seem nearly impossible to make overnight without making a mistake, like the one a few years back in England that had over 600 individual circles across several hundred feet. I don't think I could even draw that one on a piece of paper with a ruler and compass without having to erase mistakes, much less make it out in a wheat field in the dark.

But natural phenomenon or aliens... I just don't know. If its a message, why so cryptic? Why not just come out and tell us?
