I just read a Bible COde and it says tat Philadelphia and Miami will be attacked in May of this year. It will be Ebola. That ad Barack Obama and John Edwards will be assasinated.

I would bet all I have, down to the last centavo, that it does not take place.

Besides, if I were a terrorist I would not attack with ebola. Symptoms show up too soon, it's too easily contained, and it's too difficult to disperse.

I have a better attack ... but I won't write it here. Use your imagination.

the bible code has said to have predicted major events as did nostrdamus....with hit and miss results.i can believe there will be an attempt to eliminate obama,john edwards i'm not so sure.i can't see the usa having a black president.

If it does happen then it becomes a self-fulling prophecy since it has been publicized. A prophecy declared as truth when it is not — may sufficiently influence people, either through fear or logical confusion, so that their reactions ultimately fulfill the false prophecy.

Agreed. And why would John Edwards be assassinated anyway? I would not think he would be at the top of people's lists now that he has lost the candidacy race. Is he slated to be Obama's vice president?


It would not maximize the casualties, but it would be terrifying. Many people might prefer to be afflicted with one of the slower-acting diseases than ebola. The fact that the disease is easily contained will mean that there is less of a risk of anywhere except the targeted area being affected, like a bomb. And many would probably prefer to die in a bomb blast than from ebola.

With malls and air travel it could easily spread.

If Barack Obama anounces John Edwards as his running mate we know we're in trouble.

True, Andrew, very true. Ebola might not be the most effective way to wipe out LARGE numbers of people, but it's scary as hell. Hemorrhagic fevers are bad, and ebola is one of the worst.

are you serious. well by disclosing this (assuming the bible code is that accurate) would just alter its final outcome. Now that they are aware, it might force them to make choices to save themselves.

I still think the bible code is pretty amazing. but they say you can get the same outcome by using the same method with a phone book.

You know, in a coin toss, Im told Heads always wins because of the weight and aerodynamics of the shape o that side of the coin. But when something is so random like the Bible Code to produce names and events case after case, you have to see it as a little bit more then pure coincidence.

Maybe not.

Coins are no where near close enough to each other for them all to have similar outcomes (anyways the outcome depends more on how the coin was flipped than the aerodynamics).

There have been more wrong "predictions" based on the bible code that correct ones (there was supposed to be a nuclear holocaust in 2006 if I remember correctly).
