Common sense says fake...but have a look towards the end of the clip, you can see the camera reflected in the glass. I am not sure that it means anything though.
EDIT:
Haha got it, go look at it again, i knew there was something wrong, I just couldn't pick it at first. Have a look at the glass on the window as compared to the wing, and what appears to be the reflection of the cabin lights on the inside of the plane. The window not only is moving independently of the lights in the cabin, and the wing of the plane, but it actually changes vertical angle in places. Notice how smooth the UFO is with respect to the cameras, no jitters at all, yet the window is jittering everywhere. If the window jitters, so should the plane and the camera, and in turn the image of the UFO. My vote goes for a carefully prepared model and someone holding a sheet of scratched perspex in front of the camera. Also look at the reflection of the camera lens in the glass as it is lined p with the wing, the glass actually can be seen moving independantly between the two, without the ufo or wing angle changing.

Oh don't get me wrong. I was just trying to be funny. It looks really great. Do you know who did that? That's one of the best. that's why I just find it hard to believe.And I agree.. in the event something like this ever really does happen you know someone is going to claim CGI on it.
