The Universe grows smaller every day,( the population of other species continue to grow larger in this galaxy). And the threat of aggression by any group any where can no longer be tolerated, ( The threat of oppression and war will not be accepted). There must be security for all or no one is secure, ( the policy of live and let live under a protected society).

Security does not mean giving up any freedoms except the freedom of irresponsibility, ( No freedom will be terminated except the freedom violence, oppression, and war). Our ancestors made laws to govern ourselves and hired policemen to enforce them,( An acceptable way of living with the enforcement directed to up hold the laws).

They of the other planets have long accepted this principle, ( they have accepted a more meaningful way of living). They have an organization for the mutual protection of all planets, ( the absolute authority to protect the innocent) And for the complete elimination of aggression, ( the absolute authority to stop violence and wars that threaten them). The test of any such higher authority is of course the police force which enforces it, ( any aggressing living being of that nature).

For their policemen they created a race of special beings, ( Beings that were manipulated by the permanent change of their D.N.A.). Their function is to patrol the planets in space ships like the Manta ray and preserve the peace, ( seek out all aggressions and eliminate them). In matters of aggression they have given these special beings absolute power over them, ( This was done at the time of their own self destruction that almost happened to keep it from ever happening again). This power can not be revoked, ( the D.N.A. change in these special beings is permanent).

At the first sign of violence they act automatically against the aggressors, ( the special beings are programmed to detect violence immediately and eliminate it immediately). The penalty for provoking their action is terrible to risk, ( any aggression will be dealt with absolution). The result is they live in peace, without arms or any armies, ( they have no need for military power of any kind).

Free with the knowledge that they have no aggression or wars. ( absolute security) Free to pursue more profitable enterprises, ( the mutual joining of all planets for the benefit of all concerned).

It is no concern to them how we run our own planet(Earth), But if we threaten to extent our violence, oppressions and wars to their star system, ( bring violence into space with out just cause). Our planet Earth will be eliminated for the peace and security of all other planets of peace, ( When we threaten danger to other worlds, our planet faces danger. very grave danger).

I came here to give you these facts, ( the facts are in my story and in the warning that was delivered.) I assure you such power exist.
