As Macdaddy has said sometimes you can't see the wood from the tree's, and it's allways a possibility in the computer age that something may be mistaken for CGI/Hoax etc......

That is the present problem and I am sure it has happened more than once.
In this age, can you be sure of what you are looking at when it comes to pictures and videos?....I don't think so.

This is exactly why i get all grouchy when I see hoaxes or hoaxers. Like the ones that make up stories and claim they are true. Or people taking photos of a jacket on a chair and claim it's a ghost etc. It hides the real evidence and makes the rest of us look bad.

I don't think it makes us look bad, but it does no justice to the subject matter, besides making the truth much harder to find.

Part of the problem is lack of agreeable middle ground. many believers will believe almost anything, no matter how whacky, and the skeptics will believe nothing that hasn't been through a test tube. So it always degrades to the yes it is no it isn't argument. What is needed is some middle ground that both sides of the fence could accept as being in the just maybe category. I guess a scientific process of elimination that ends in a grey area..I dont know, I am rambling again smile.gif

I also hate it when hoaxsters post things. Take that flying craft last year photographed in California in the spring with the funny shape. ( A ring with all kinds of prongs on it. ) Each time I saw a new picture, it changed into something else. No two pictures are quite the same. The hoaxster couldn't leave well enough alone. He had to make it better and more interesting than the last time. I saw the picture and immediately saw it as strange. I kept going back to it until I spotted the hinge in the front of the ship. ( It has no real purpose on a ship like that. It was an artifact from the parts that he made it out of. ) All he did was to take our attention away from others who might have had a true experience. So we might miss some real experiences. It is a shame. But that's what you get when you drink out of a fire hose ( surfing the internet. ) All the crap as well as all the good stuff. Your brain has to filter everything and you wind up accepting less and less until you are a skeptic yourself. Debunking everything that comes along.

Well-said, Freestone. I sometimes feel I'm there already.

Like I personally am quite surprised that NO ONE on this seemingly quite experienced forum made ANY remarks on the pictures I posted.

Really... wavey.gif

Well, here they are:

First: Hercules from New Zealand Airforce with soccerball sized orbs (2 types: shiny and translucent)
Second: Blue sky with both types
Third: artist impression of what I saw through bino's. If it is alive, I'm quite sure it posed for me.

Okay, picture number one: the white specs could be just about anything.

Okay, picture number two: ditto

Picture number three: very cool, but I have no idea what I'm looking at.

It's always scary how people take nonsense for real and disregard the truth. Isn't that what this thread is about? Scary.

So, that's 100% proof you don't know anything. You would have recognized them if you knew. No doubt.

But, thank you for your comments. They are enlightening.

Come, now. No need to be hostile. You say he would have recognised them if he knew. Knew what? What the speck was? How would he know? How would anyone know? The fact is - it is a spek. And that is what it is going to stay, unless better photos are provided.

But anyway, in your opinion (or knowledge?), what are they, skylurker?
