I'm not sure if many of you are familiar with OBE's, Astral Projection or what visualizing/transitioning is - but I want to keep this short. I'll provide links at the end of this post. I was lying down in mid day trying to have an OBE. Now, I had already passed the electrical feeling stage - so I was getting deep into the projection stage. I was starting to visualize before my transition and I saw a face come up to mine (in my mind's eye). There was no sound, no talking - I tried to turn away but the face remained and had started to turn into the shape of an alien. I didn't like what was going on so I got myself out of that stage and tried again. The next time was successful, no faces or anything else during visualization - only a purple aura (my guide) to help get me on my way.
What do you guys think of this? Have any of you had a dream where there's an alien face pressed up against yours blankly looking into your eyes (in this case, my eyes were closed)? Maybe the alien was meditating as well. Also having an OBE. Maybe you could exchange bodies and wake up as an alien.
Can people meet during an OBE and exchange ideas? Never had the experiance myself. Doesn't seem to work for me. |

Why not? If it works for us then why not aliens too. Maybe even in a more powerful way given an older race with more time to develop on the evolutionary scale.

Suddenly I realised I was looking at the face of The Green Man. Do you know who I mean? Or he was looking at me and underneath his face were 2 human faces smileing at me. I was so surprised at what saw but then the faces disapaired. I have never managed to see any thing like that again and I have tried but perhaps the secret for me is not to try. |

hello amber, i understand the process of a OBE and have traveled in astral form before, one thing to clear up here is this, no other lifeform can process the body of yourself while astral traveling. as for the alien face i believe your minds eyes wasnt playing tricks, i can provide evidence on what you saw was real, as bart as already said it is possibly to encounter other "souls" both human and otherwise, including aliens, it is clear this is a ET astral projeting and traveled to earth, maybe the alien wanted to meet other people who have trainned their minds, its not hard to believe since i have traveled a small part of our galaxy while in a OBE. Amber next time you OBE let it pull you, forget about control, go with the pull. A sprial tunnel of stars await you.

i agree with magicmushroom. also, i think they want us to "come to them". i think one of their reasons for being here is to communicate with us and help us raise our consciousness. an author i met a few years ago wrote a book about how he and his wife accidently met aliens through an intense meditation program they were doing. and it developed into a real relationship!
and aliens putting their face that close to you is actually very common. my 2 cents |

I had a wonderful OBE once where I toured an alien world and met many of its inhabitants. Even if it was just a product of my subconscious, I found it very enlightening and my world view shifted after it. One of the beings showed me a huge crystal tree and said that every life in the universe was liked like branches of the tree. They also showed me a ship whose controls resembled holograms you controlled with your mind. I also saw one of their big cities- very much less pollution than we have here. Sadly, I can't meditate as well as I used to due to some medication issues. I've been off the meds for over a year but my mind just isn't the same anymore. Hopefully I can build it back up again. I'd take any vision that comes to you as a gife, whether it was actual contact or not. At the very least, you're getting in touch with your own soul.

I have come face to face with 'greyliens' while in a deep meditative state on a few occasions. I agree with everyone else - all beings have access to the higher vibrational realms.
I also feel that for me personally, these entities represent an aspect of my inner-self that i'm not comfortable in confronting during meditation, as every time i encounter one, i immediately freak out and lose my centre! |

I've had at least one OBE, it was by accident, I may have had more that I don't remember I don't think I've ever seen an alien face during one though
