I'm going to the midnight showing!!! My friend and I are picking up advance tickets on Wednesday just to make sure we can even get in. And I am sooo dressing up; I'm putting together my black dress pants, a white shirt, a light black jacket, and black sunglasses to get the "FBI" look. Hehe, I'm so excited! *jumps up and down*

According to the cast listing, Robert Patrick isn't in it. Although nobody can say for sure, as the plot is so tightly guarded... so we'll see.

Eh, perhaps the date was already set long before the Health Ledger craze? I mean, let's be real, he's what's getting this film so much attention.

But still, they can rely on the die-hard fans and super geeks. Myself included! wiggle.gif

I just got back from the midnight showing!

Let me just start off by saying that it was JAMMED packed, and it was even worse since we were all crammed in a small theater due to Batman playing in all of the large ones. And believe me, my little get-up was not out of place (ignore my bad writing):

Anyway.... the movie was GREAT. I won't give any spoilers, but I will say that it was not what I expected, and I think that will hold true for most people. Though the story itself was unexpected, the acting was good, it had quite a few funny, smart ass dialogue parts, and it can keep the regular X-Files buff enthralled no matter what. hail.gif

The storyline for the show, was a disappointment, to say the least.

well i saw it and i must say i'm not that impressed. the storyline was NOT was i expected (it is about a generic topic i personally think) and the end was pretty boring - all in all the movie COULD'VE been done much more interesting if few more thrilling scenes.

i barely was afraid (which i am usually when i watch x-files), it was more like watching "CSI - the movie" since nothing really supernatural was actually involved.
