atlantis was first described by plato in his work " the republic"

ATLANTIS...for many years people wonder if atlantis really exist..old sciptures like the ramayana and the mahabarata of india talked about the encounter of of indian people of the atlanteans ( they call them ASVIN )...they even engage countless battles...these scriptures also talked about the technology used by atlanteans...they can fly ships and so are the indians....but admitted that the technology atlantean have are more advance than theirs...

edgar cayce predicted in one of his readings that the " hall of records" is found underneth the great spinx, that talked about the details of atlantis...

the question remains.." what happen to atlantis...?where is the ancient indian technology comparable to that of the atlantis...?

Yes, it is real. It's technology was also quite real.

It was destroyed some time ago but it's presence and influence in our history and way of thinking has left us with a fascination for it.

I subscribe to the theory that the Atlantis myth was born from the destruction of Thera.

Why is that? Cause you just doubt the hole thing or can't find it?

If indeed it did exist(WHICH I DOUBT VERY MUCH) how could the most thecnological advanced people of ATLANTIS be destroyed<_< and we can find no trace of them.

maybe the polar drifting this way and that caused a desired relocation?

fault lines off the coast of the med might have sunk the Azores base somewhat so only the mountain peaks remain above sea level....?
