Saw this in the news just now:

You know, regardless of what one thinks of President Bush, I can't help but feel that this was awfully sporting of him.

A US air force Academy graduate wanted to do a chest-bump with the President ... and he did it! I can't think of many presidents who would have, to be honest. I don't know what, if any, deeper meaning might be here ... lack of respect or just seeing the president as a guy ... who knows. But I do know that it was sporting of him to grant a request to one of our newly minted officers.

It was indeed sporting but a great moral boost for the graduates as well.
