According to this, the artist was shown the 'Yeti Scalp' at a remote monastery. Would be cool if they could get a sample and test for DNA. That would tell us a lot: however, I suspect it would probably tell us it was a Yak skin.

Still, the possibility is interesting.

Saw on some show can't remember the name but a guy and his crew searching for the yeti tried going to the monastery but would not let them in because they had camera's with them. To bad sad.gif
