If you had asked me that before I had my kids and was marriad, it would have been a resounding yes, but now with a family....It would need to be a family vote, It would need to be 100%yes before we could all go.

Depends on what their women looked like?
First make sure they don't have a cookbook titled ' HOW to SERVE Man' Do they make good movies? Do I get to learn all the secrets of the universe as well? Ask why their trip here wasn't one way? Can we stop a few places for a visit on the way? I guess it would depend on the scenerio as a whole. Maybe. |

That would depend on a lot of things.
Are they human looking? Will they take the rest of my family? and would they be willing to go? What would I do there? Or what would they have me do? I would not want to live in a menagerie, no matter how nice it was. -------------------- QUEST FOR THE REAL TRUTH |

i'm thinking close encounters type scenario..would you go if you knew you would not be able to come back? I wouldn't go if I wasn't allowed to come back. Read this book: 'Intelligent Design - Message from the Designers', which you can download for free at www.rael.org The guy who wrote it says that he was taken to their planet and he talks all about what he saw there. -Josh -------------------- www.myspace.com/sojournonline

I wouldn't go because I would miss my pets and don't want to give them away.

NO! I'd miss all the things that make up the wonderful home we call Earth! Yeah, Humanity has its flaws, but who's to say the aliens don't have them, or that they don't have MORE flaws? What if when you get there you find that their civilization is based on height, and your a short person there so are a slave? Or what if they breath a different atmosphere type? Or will dissect you?
Sure, we live on a flawed world, but the flaws are what make it such a GREAT place. Look at all the great flaws we have. I don't think I'd like it if we weren't who were are. My answer is a no. Now if it was a two-way trip I'd say yes, couldn't hurt. A one-way trip sounds too much like "You can choose to stay here and be free or come with us and be our slave!" to me. |

Wow! What would I be getting myself into? Wouldn't want to leave my family and pets. Do they have French perfume? I'd need to know many things like: Do they have internet access? Chinese take out? Ipod download capabilities?
Oh, what the heck,
