This is a bit freaky.. another one in the exact same spot with the arc in the exact same position..
whats the chances of that happening.. theres something funny going on above in my area.. surely

Its said to be a unusual phenomenon called a Circumzenithal arc.. or simply
called an upside down rainbow. or a grin in the sky... i have actually seen rainbow like
streaks before.. but not with a noticable arc like this.. and i just caught this one when
it was glowing quite vivid.. it lasted around 20 minutes..
