actually, it is a known fact that to those who search for information, we can now seed hurricanes, one of many purposes of the chemtrails you see in the air, weather control experiments were being done ever since the world war 2 era, they accidentally found that by shooting compressed air into the atmoshpere from their anti aircraft airgun, you could create rain, and they create earthquakes by sending ultra frequencies into the earth. this was developed as a way to find underground bases, the earthquakes were a surprising side effect.
