Could this insect be a species of bee?

Looks like a Bee, it is an amazing thing, like a time capsule back to the past. Looks as if it could fly away.
I wonder if the DNA is intact, and if so, could it be cloned?

i wonder if cloned animals dinosaurs cavemen insects whatever, from prehistoric times, would be more susceptible to disease, or if their immune systems are stronger.
