The death ray has a core temperature of more than the sun's surface. From a camera in space, the image of a gray figure darting away as a giant ray of light narrowly missed it was recorded. NASA claims it was simply an optical illusion.

Scott, you should have posted more, because that was a very interesting topic they discussed on Beyond Bizarre. He's talking about how the Soviets tried to make Nikoli Tesla's theory and model of the Death Ray that can destroy 100 airplanes from 500 miles away, but they failed or gave up the project. Anyway, the United States government has made a new "laser beam" that is like the Tesla Coil in what it does, but a different design and such. In some footage from NASA, there was something hovering above Earth's atmosphere, and, it suddenly stopped and jolted backwards and off the screen. Then, a giant laser or bolt of light, took the objects place. It seemed to me like it was a certain UFO, maybe not extraterrestrials, but something that could have endangered the safety of us Americans, and that something from the U.S. tried to shoot it out of our, or above our, rather, airspace. The thing that confused me was that the "beam" was curving back and fourth, like a snake when it moves, not like a laser would. Anyway, I'm no one smart, just stating what I remember. I still have a lot to learn about all this life on other planets and unidentified craft.

This again one of the worst sites I have seen... if anyone wants to believe me I tell you this Tesla device is non-existent and if someone is of other opinion he can explain to me how it works.
I think Tesla would turn in his grave seeing this site: members.tripod.com/uforev...thray.html Do not believe such a device exists today or that it was the cause of all the accidents that happen. It is weird to hear such argumentation. Here someone tries to use a recent disaster to sell his book... such a bad behaviour. It is like selling your grandma after her death to the one who pays most... I feel with the people of Columbia and Challenger and so I have absolutly no understanding of such advertising. :| |

I've got news for you, it isn't a theory! They demonstrated it to the cameraman, it was there plain as day! Keep watching the sci-fi channel, mabe it's come back on.
Nobody has ever seen the rocks move, but there are clearly paths of them in the desert floor. Some guy went camping by a boulder, and the next day, the boulder had moved ten feet! |

Oh so you say they demonstrated a 500 mile reaching beam that disrupted 100 aircraft? Wow I wonder why Bush spends money on the SDI project
No serious: I do not have the sci-fi channel but believe me what you have been shown was most most probably NOT a tesla beam . Perhaps you can describe exactly what you saw? Would help us poor non sci-fi channel receivers to understand why you think it was.

You are right. Moving rocks are a documented phenomenon. It has nothing to do with Tessla.

I don't get this... can someone please explain... You mean, as in... a heavy rock or boulder can physically move from one spot to another without human intevention? We having a saying in the desert where I work... That rocks grow out of the ground go walkabout.... mmmm... I won't comment further til I know more... might end up making a real ninny of myself... |I Dingo Brains |

I saw the Sci-Fi channel show. The rocks are found in the "Devil's Racetrack" in Death Vally Calif. it is an unexplained phenomena that has never been observed directly. Reports of the movements can be found but the boulders have never been seen actually moving. The main proof of their movement is the tracks (scratch marks) left in the hardpan of the dry lake bed.

THey claim that the rocks move by wind created over the barran streach of desert. THe only thing that sort of confuses me about that is that if wind had moved these behemoth bolders. The force it would take would be tremendous, nocking over most of them or the gradual wind might have carried them exept that by now they would have eroded to nothing or they were simply massive.

The rocks are indeed moved by wind but only under the correct conditions. When there is a light rain because of the nature of the soil it sits on top of the bone dry desert. The wind comes along and the rain acts like little rollerblades beneath the stones. They have been caught on film doing exactly that. The thin film of water is enough to make them slide in even a 'breeze'.
Sad but true. Ben |

No. Before MJHammerman's post of this morning, all the posts in this thread are from the earlier version of this forum with different software (pre-late 2003). The posts were transferred to this forum but the profiles of the posters were not. Everyone had to re-register under the different software. There are more lies perpetuated by conspiracy theorists themselves. Why do conspiracy theorists have to lie their arses off all the time? Aside from reasons of nihilistic status-seeking and blind ignorance? |

Interesting! Do you think Conspiarcy Theorists are idiots then? Also is this site for, against or neutral to Conspiracy. Regardless of how you read my posts, or how I express myself, i'm not sure how much I buy in to Conspiracy. What I will say is I find Conspiracy Theorists the most agressive posters i've come across on Message Boards. Are you a Government Official? LOL
I'm glad i've joined this site though, as i've been able to discover all the answers to the questions of the Moon Landings. |

Hahaha.. you dug this up from the grave. What were you thinking? :/ yeah. The soil in that part of Death Valley is like a slippery clay. when it gets damp, the rocks are easily blown around by the wind. But they move very very slowly. To slow for the eyes to see. Someone caught them on a slow motion camera and sped them up. I used to have a gif of the video showing them moving. It's pretty cool. I cant believe no one figured it out until the late 1990s. |
