The SPCA of New Orleans are out doing the best they can for the lost animals.
If you can spare a few extra $'s after donating to the Red Cross.
I think it might be a good idea to help some of the owners get their pets back.

This is just a FYI.

I never pretended to be anything else. Yes, I am into the SPORT of shooting. Just like soccer players and baseball player, I treat it as nothing more than a sport and a hobby.

Also, both the cats I own I rescued them when they were kittens and I Dont hunt.

So how about we be adults and not judge my character because of what hobbies I enjoy.
Sound good?

I think he was just messing with you, M4A3...
I feel bad for the pets themselves, and the owners who had to leave them behind. I'm planning on donating to one of the animal rescue charities...mostly because for most of NO, their pets might be the only thing they have left after this whole mess is over...
And I feel bad for the poor animal, themselves, too.

M4A3 Is was kidding with you, I should most probably have put a wink in there too, sorry if iI have offended you.

Kelly thats harsh on all the dogs there, they were all someones pet at somepoint and it's not like they could all get them out even if they wanted to they probably wern't allowed to, rescue helicopters most likely went for humans first and had no room left for the animals. I thinks its a shame they can't capture them all and take them to some pund and see about finding the 'owners' A far better way to handle things than shooting them left right and centre, they'll be a bit agressive for a while because of the lack of food and the change in their environment but to have to shoot them! Surely someone out there can help , shooting is not the answer.
