I have many friends, relatives, and associates that have been in the military or are to this day. A very good freind of mine was in the Airforce circa late 80's - early 90's. USAF Strategic Air Command aka SAC, in its day the most powerful military unit the world had ever seen. Ok.. enough background story.

1990
Tuscon, AZ.
Davis-Monthan Airbase

Airman First Class We Wont Mention Names was riding jump seat, the load-master on board the craft he was assigned to, a C-141 "Starlifter". A massive cargo jet. During a routine cargo run to the Davis-Monthan Airbase he and the entire crew witness a not-so-routine take-off. On their approach for landing this is what they see:

The roof of a hangar opens up. Described as huge doors on top of the hangar that move outwardly, like a gate. From the opening a discus shaped craft approximately 35-40 feet in diameter and 10-15 feet in height (thickness) suddenly launched up into the air at approximately 1500 feet in altitude. The craft is also described as appearing to have a metallic hull. After hovering for all of 3 seconds it then zips away at a phenomenal speed, leaving a trail of light in its wake, in a direction perpendicular to the C-141's path of descent.

The pilot asks the crew: "Did... anybody... see.... nobody saw that.... right?"

The crew responds something to the tune of: No we didnt just see that UFO blast off.

(10 tons of paper work involved in filing ufo reports in a military capacity)

Here is an interesting bit. Davis-Monthan Airbase is were retired USAF aircraft are "mothballed". This means that they are decomissioned and the top-secret level technology is removed and warehoused. The craft are disassembled for the most part but are able to be reconstructed and deployed in an emergency.

You have probably seen this place on tv. The skeletal remains of the aircraft in the Davis-Monthan "Boneyard" can be seen in a few movies (CON-AIR, for example) and was the set of the group Berlin's video for the hit song "Take My Breath Away".

Comforting. Not.

I've seen the mothball or airplane graveyard as what others like to call it.
Amazing story. I've heard other stories like that in the past as a Kid.

Like "Red Dawn". why we need to guard our borders better. Though these planes arent going anywhere. they're missing alot of parts to be any use to anyone.

Glad you guys like the 'story'. Yeah this guy has seen some crazy stuff. And I know for a fact he has seen other UFO type craft and has been in proximity to black ops that were being carried out.Yes there are more accounts of unexplained ufo activity and other phenomena.

this account raises many interesting questions. Not only did these guys see a ufo but they saw it leaving a USAFB... from within one of the base's structures. which means either we created it and have this amazing technology, or we are really good friends with someone that does. (they'd have to be allies to be using our bases.)

On one occasion we were at work with several other people. The time of day was twilight, dusk. This happened around 10 years ago. Business was slow that day so everyone was loitering around outside and helping one of the other guys upgrade his car.

The Airman and I went inside to get some needed tools. When we came back out of the shop we saw something beyond our ability to explain.

I said something colorful, like: "Holy shit... Oh my God... Look! Look! Everyone look up theres a Fuckin' UFO... this can't be real." (and a few more expletives)

We (Airman and I) started jumping up & down and screaming at the people in traffic to look. (cars stopped at a red light, busy intersection) We were trying to get as many as possible to see it. The others that were there with us were utterly stunned. At least 6-7 people (co-workers) witnessed this event:

A bright burst of light occured in the west by northwestern sky. It looked like a star burst type effect, a flash. One glowing object (or three in tight formation) came from the burst of light. It segmented, broke apart into three structured craft that flew out of the burst of light and into plain veiw. They appeared too far away to be considered a close encounter (CE1 = within 500 feet) but close enough to tell that they were moderately sized discus shaped (flying saucer) that exuded a "coronal discharge" that was like a soft white halo that surrounded them. The three craft, for lack of better term, hauled ass. Their flight was fluid and dynamic. They put on a little airshow for about two or three minutes, with aerial acrobatics the likes of which are unheard of outside the realm of Ufology. Right angle turns, sudden and complete stops, "reverse" flight, all of the elements of flight that (to our knowledge) we have not mastered. All three craft moved in total unison throughout the entire display. It was like they were playing a game with each other. Chasing and trying to out-manuever. After demonstrating their phenomenal flight capability the the three craft left the same way they arrived, in a bright flash. The flash occured at which point the three objects 'became as one' again. The closer they approached the burst of light the more speed they gathered. Its like the were sucked into it. Once the craft went back into the burst of of light it flared up brilliantly then vanished.

We were awe stricken.

The shop manager came outside just in time to see the last half of the air show. He almost went into hysterics. He dropped the the tools he was carrying and spun 180 degrees & marched back inside. He did go straight into denial and refused to talk about or admit to seeing what at least half a dozen other people had just witnessed. (Which just goes to show that for some seeing isn't believing.)

It should be noted that this sighting occured within 10 miles of a Naval Air Station... one that at that time was one of the premier training facilities for naval pilots.

I don't find it to difficult to conceive the military has technology we do not know about and are experimenting with/perfecting. Could it be some/many of what we think are UFO's are secret or unknown military aircraft?

This calls for something just short of a rebel yell. I can't believe I'm reading this stuff!
I've seen things, and tried to tell people about it on a website, and got the total cold-shoulder! Real or not, this instills higher degree of accepting various possibilities.

I'm sure theres life out there somewhere... maybe even here & now, but I'm willing to bet that 90% of UFO phenomena could be attributed to a more down-to-earth source.

Overall, history is dramatic and wrought with intrigue. Day to to day life just isn't that flamboyant. No matter how intricate the puzzle each piece alone is boring as hell.

Your average Joe Sixpack doesnt wanna talk about weighty issues like this, only deal with them if necessary. This kind of talk will stop the music at most any party. Unless of course its a UFO party & then you'd hardly be the weirdest one there.

Like "Red Dawn". why we need to guard our borders better.

I think RED DAWN should be shown to every high school class in the nation once a year.

Alas, the puppet masters have decreed a world with 10 administrative regions. Fits nicely into some predictions.

And evidently one such region that Shrillery is eager to head as 'Tyrant in Chief' is NORTHAM.
