Every supposed pix of structure on the moon that I have seen is open to interpretation. Some are compression artifacts introduced by the video compression codec. Every time I obtain high resolution images of such an area I find natural formations.

This does not mean such structures do not exist. And there is a lot of suspician for good reason. It took 17 years for NASA to release pixs from the clementine probe and even longer for some of the Appolo images. Why?

All of the Clementine raw data is now available on CD roms. It is compressed raw data. I ordered some of the CD roms. I created a Microsoft Access database of the of the file names and data parameters and used that to control a decompression algerithm. Then I found that most of the HIGHRES camera images were too dark to see. Running a photoshop control algerithm I brought all the images into visual range.

What I then found is that all of the UVIS camera data is complete but the Highres camera data are mostly blanks with only certain areas completly photographed.

You can pretty much see what is available from the clementine data by downloading NASA Worldwind program and selecting moon from the file menu.

Mostly what NASA has released about the moon is PR stuff and not enough to actually see what is there in detail.

If you want to foot the bill you can get Clementine data and I will decompress it for you, but you won't see much more than what worldwind shows.

There are 80 CD's to cover the entire moon. They are $10 each from NASA. Each CD has three scans from pole to pole. They alternate with three scans of another CD. Half the CD's are north to south scans and half are south to north in alternating bands. Clementine was in a polor orbit. It takes two CD's to see an area in detail. Each cd of 650 megabytes decompresses to about 4 gigabytes. I can order the CD's and decompress them onto DVD cd's for $25 each set. For $10 more I will add another DVD cd with the Highres images contrast balanced to bring them into visual range. It takes several days to process each CD so this just barly covers expenses. It aint no monymaker.

And in all honesty NASA worldwind will show you pretty much the same thing. You will see a number of blank spots in the worldwind moon globe. Why?

The European space agency has been just as clandestine as NASA about the moon. Why?

The Japanese SELENA probe has sterio cameras able to give terrain detail to 20 meters. They are not releasing any of this data at present because the SELENA team has first right of publication. They have promised to make all data available to the public in Sept 2009. We shall see.

The moon has a lot of titanium and aluminum oxide. Add hydrogen and you could make metals, water, and oxygen. It would be a great place for a base. Underground would provide protection from radiation and corona mass ejections.

It would also be a great place to store decomissioned ships for salvage. No corrosion and a little gravity is helpful in making sure something stays put. Parking something in orbit tidal forces eventually makes things tumble and centrifical forces makes them tend to fly apart.

Whatever is or is not on the moon is pure speculation. The people who would know for sure say nothing is there but also don't make many highly detailed pixs available either. Time will reveal.

There is quite a bit of evidence that the lunar surface (especially the back side) contains ET artifacts of some sort. The presence of UFOs/structures on the moon has been repeatedly mentioned by government employees, including astronauts such as Mitchell and Cooper, or Karl Wolf (lunar orbiter project, NASA). Donna Hare, also a former NASA employee, supports the idea that the government airbrushes certain details out of images.
Also, think about the Lunar Missions. The Apollo lunar landings started in 1969, and then about 2 a year. In 1972, they suddenly stopped sending spacecarft to the moon. Why? Not once did astronauts land on the moon since!!! Doesn't that make you wonder?! Was there some sort of agreement with ETs? Was the government warned not to fly to the moon? It's little pieces of evidence that add up. The moon does hold a secret.

No they simply ran out of money and home affairs needed tending to.

The moon will have aliens and there bases on it when I see them with mine own eyes, until then they aren't there.

I was just wondering if we set up a permanent moon base, if they would try to move into an alien base and call it ours. If alien remains are on the moon then some sort of coverup would be needed. Unless of course they decided to come clean and tell us of something they are hiding.

the cover up will continue,the governments couldn't suddenly decide to let us know.they have more to gain by keeping us in the dark.For us to find out that we are not the first,would cause world wide chaos.no mention would be made of any ruins or civilisations.We have been around alot longer than our authorities and scientists would have us believe...a lot longer.We have been populating the universe for eons.But we've been posted at a backwater where no-one goes anymore.
