i'm not a fan of dismissing flying objects as balloons, but i've never seen anything filmed in connection with 'ufos' that looks more like a balloon than this one.

Its either a balloon in very high wind or its powered by something.
It does appear to be moving fast though and it's flight is smooth, this seems to represent powered control. |
